By accessing or using the PLAY.BT website or application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "PLAY.BT", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the platform operator.
  • "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person using the Platform.
  • "Facility" refers to any sports court, field, or venue listed on PLAY.BT.
  • "Booking" refers to a reservation made through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
  • PLAY.BT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity performed using your account is considered your responsibility.
  • You must notify PLAY.BT immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
  • Attempt to access restricted systems, data, or accounts.
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse Platform content without permission.

PLAY.BT may restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Facility Listings

  • PLAY.BT acts as a booking facilitator, not the owner or operator of facilities unless explicitly stated.
  • Facility details (availability, pricing, rules) are provided by facility owners.
  • PLAY.BT is not responsible for inaccuracies but will take reasonable steps to correct reported errors.

6. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings made through PLAY.BT are binding once confirmed.
  • Prices shown include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be completed through approved payment methods on the Platform.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the facility and shown at booking time.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing these policies before confirming a booking.
  • PLAY.BT does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated in the booking terms.

8. Schedule Management

  • Facility owners are responsible for maintaining accurate schedules.
  • Users must respect booking start and end times.
  • Overstaying beyond booked time may result in penalties or future booking restrictions.

9. User Conduct at Facilities

  • Users must follow facility rules, safety guidelines, and local laws.
  • PLAY.BT is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring at facilities unless caused by Platform negligence.
  • Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PLAY.BT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • PLAY.BT is not responsible for facility closures, weather conditions, or third-party actions.
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

11. Suspension and Termination

PLAY.BT reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.
  • Cancel bookings that involve fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
  • Termination does not waive any outstanding obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content, logos, designs, and software belong to PLAY.BT.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

13. Privacy

  • Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • By using PLAY.BT, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

14. Changes to Terms

  • PLAY.BT may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bhutan.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bhutanese courts.
