You may request deletion of your PLAYBT account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@t3bhutan.com from the email address associated with your PLAYBT account where possible.
  2. Use the subject line PLAYBT data deletion request.
  3. Include enough information to identify your account, such as your registered email address or phone number.

Verification and processing

  • We may contact you to verify that you own the account before deleting data.
  • Never send your password, login verification code, Facebook access token, or other authentication credentials by email.
  • After verification, we will process the request and confirm when the account deletion is complete.

What happens to your data

We will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, subject to information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
