Visit the Playbt website, go to the Contact Us page, fill in the contact form with your details, and submit it. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–3 business days.
Check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still haven’t received it after 3–5 business days, follow up by replying to the original request email, resubmitting the form, or calling support.
Go to playbt.co, click Login, enter your email and password, and click Login and stay logged in or log in only this time.

OR

Go to playbt.co, enter your email, and click on Login with email, go to your email and click on the verification link. Once you are redirected to the application, click Keep me logged into this device or log in only this time.
Use the Forgot password option on the login page to reset it.
After logging in, go to the Locations screen, click Add Location, fill in the required fields (Name, Place, Address, Coordinates, Phone), and click Save Location.
To find your Google Place ID go to Google Place ID page, in the Google Map provided enter your location name, the Google Place ID will be shown on the pin in the map.
Yes. Go to the Locations screen, select the location, click the Edit icon, update the fields you need, and click Save Location.
From the Locations list, click on the location, go to the Courts screen, click + New Court, fill in the court details (Name, Sports, Indoor/Outdoor, Active Status, Session Length), and click Save Court.
Yes. In the Courts list, click the court name or Edit icon, update the details, and click Save Court.
If checked, the court is available for booking and visible to users. If unchecked, it’s hidden from booking but remains in the system for later use.
  1. Log in as an org owner or manager and go to your organisation's Programmes page.
  2. Click New Programme and fill in the details: name, sport, location, court, session times, date range, schedule days, and participant limit and fee if applicable.
  3. Click Save Programme — the programme is saved as a draft and is not yet visible to players.
  4. Review the draft on the programme detail page, then click Publish to make it live. Publishing automatically reserves all matching court slots for the programme schedule.
  5. Once published, players can browse and register from the public Programmes page.
